Lynn Levitt is a passionate health and wellness coach with over seven years of experience helping people create lasting change. She supports individuals to shift their mindset, lose weight, and improve their overall health through a non-restrictive, holistic approach. Lynn has been my personal health coach with awesome results thus far.
Lynn specialises in helping women regain their energy and vitality by learning how food truly impacts the body, building simple nutrition knowledge, and incorporating gentle movement such as walking alongside mindfulness practices. Her coaching is realistic, supportive, and designed to fit into real life with personalised, daily coaching to keep clients encouraged, accountable, and empowered.
