Refund Policy

Warranty Coverage

Wholesale purchases are sold as is and do not carry additional warranties from our company.

As a reseller, it is your responsibility to communicate any applicable manufacturer warranties to your customers and to manage any related claims.

We do not offer warranties on:

  • Product performance or longevity
  • Customer satisfaction beyond initial delivery condition
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper storage after delivery

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products upon delivery. If you receive items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect must be provided.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for qualifying claims.

Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold inventory.
  • We do not offer buy-back programs.
  • Warranty coverage does not extend beyond the 30-day initial defect period.

Customer Warranty Claims

Wholesale buyers are responsible for handling warranty or satisfaction claims made by their customers. We do not process consumer-level warranty claims on behalf of resellers.
